cant transfer funds out of mt.gox

i sold a bit coin on there because i need money for my internet bill and it wont let me transfer money with out scanned copies....i dont own a scanner so it makes this kinda

any suggitions?

See this is what I mean, on MTGOX how is that protecting anyone, when they want to finally withdraw the funds. These places seem to make it impossible.
