you need to make a text file with that inside it ...then you need to save it as a .conf file ... nobtcoin.conf... in windows type %appdata% in the search bar in the start menu to get to the roaming folder.. you will find the coin folder there ... in linux its in a hidden directory  in the home folder then the config folder

where should I paste the .conf file? Also do I have to change something on that text or should I just leave and paste it in the text?
Nvm. I pasted it on the nobtcoin folder and my wallet starts staking now. Trying if I will get a reward this time. How long exactly to get a reward on staking? It says here that for me it's 1 minute but I get nothing.

I have .config/NOBTCOIN/NOBTCOIN-Qt.conf, but this file has different entries than what you're posting.
I don't have a config-file in my .nobtcoin-directory.
Where exactly do I put this (as a Linux-user)?

I've updated the nodes but staking is still not working. The wallet has a very high cpu load (somewhere between 60 - 90% all of the time).

If you have any problem,stop your nobtcoin wallet/node  create new dir e.g  nobtcoin1 ,download nobtcoin secure in this dir and rebuild your wallet/node start nobtcoin service -> nobtcoin1/src/./nobtcoind -daemon.
