        Yes, unfortunately some users of the forum want to be seen with heroism through ugly things. They do not know the difference between an ICO project and another listed on the exchange. The fact that a project does not have whitepaper does not mean it is a SCAM project. The project is not SCAM. How is SCAM a project already listed on the exchange? Honestly, many users of this forum do not know how to make a difference between certain types of projects, but instead they give their opinion to everything.

Whitepaper  might be released later.
It's better to release fully completed whitepaper rather than too fast release of raw whitepaper which contains so many mistakes and bad ideas.

Yes, you are right there are many projects that do not have a whitepaper and are trustworthy projects.

Instead, there are other projects, made as you wish, with whitepaper, and after the bounty campaign you find that they are SCAM. Whitepaper is not always relevant.

On the contrary, this project guarantees that it is a good project, because it is already listed on 2 exchanges, and in the future it will be listed on other exchanges.

Many of them get the wrong conclusions without getting documented. The NOBT project is a good one.

Actually this is a good idea, will make the life of NOBT users more easier.

AS a tip, because the campaign fund is low and many users are not so happy. Maybe you guys can 'forget' about the telegram bounty and add the stake to the signature one.

Even the Facebook campaign can be skipped and add 15% to the Twitter one and 10% to signature, so that you'll have like 60-40 to Signature - Twitter.
