It said, bitcoin is the Napster of money. I disagree. Napster was centralized. I think they meant that bitcoin is the bittorrent of money, that can run without a tracker.

Legal status = depends on how they (governments and banks) treat it.
Security = "unhackable" SHA256 hash with difficulty, etc.
irreversability / finality = that's one main important point of bitcoin.
