Got some money transferred and it never hit the account.
Opened a ticket, and it has been days, no response.
Their website says they respond to requests withint 24 hrs. So what now?

They are really busy right now. I find that their deposits usually take 4-6 days.

The will respond in the end, don't worry.

They seem always a bit slow, but have always come through in the end for me.
