It's weird how I never heard of them and they claim to have +100,000 users and they even charge some fees. I checked their FAQ and It looks like there is no seed or anything to recover your coins , It says that If you lose your password then there is nothing you could do about it and you are claiming that your password is 100% .
The paper wallet has you private key encrypted with AES which is compatible with openssl. Just supply your password to decrypt the keys with any AES openssl compatible implementation.
I don't know much about the technical details but have you tried to download OpenSSL and decrypt ? there are a few tutorials out there (they have nothing to do with bitcoin though, but the rules applies in all cases)
