Everyone in Oshi including myself is very curious how do you choose the casino to play in?
What's the most important to you? Bonuses? Or something else?
For me personally it's the website's design and the number of games offered. 

first thing for me is the popularity of the casino itself, if i have never seen or heard the name of the casino anywhere before, that means that casino is not at all famous and it is not a good idea to play there.

then it is the bonuses, promotions and other free giveaway stuff that will attract me to that place.

however to stay that needs to be good place to keep me interested.

well you are correct regarding to its popularity much better to know how the casino works and how they deal with costumers concerned the more information about how they work the better we stay from that particular house, regarding to bonuses most of casino have their own offers so you can select one after you already assured yourself about the site that you will play more.

Customer support is all the matter to me, Because even though casino offer good bonus and good games to play but they have a poor customer relation, That gambling casino can be consider as not trusted gambling site because they didn't want to answer customer question/problem and just want to earn money from them. there are only two scenarios:

it is true and i am agree with you. i remember in another business, there is a sites that called themselves the number one with bunch of benefit for their members but after only one month, the sites is scam the people so with this experience, i think the best thing that we should thinking to choose the casino is by read what other people recommended because it is related with reputations of the sites. without have a good reputations, then the gambling sites is not run for longer time.

beside reputations, i think design of the sites is not much affect but simple design site it would fine, and if there is any bonus or a way to getting free money, then maybe it will be attract many people to playing gambling in that site.

They should have probably fair otherwise I will never invest in it. Bonuses isn't a must as normally they come with lot of terms and conditions.
They should have good reputation not like few casinos who don't pay high earnings.

yeah i agree , customer service take a big part on how people judge certain casino. look at fortunejack since they are added live support people really rare make any complaint. they are ready to answer all your problem and solve it as soon as possible. also directbet who well known very friendly here in this forum , it was important thing to keep your players close to you as casino owner.
