Duh! if you want 1 BTC play money just check any casino website for the demo's... No need to register in a suspicious-looking website merely for that.
And even if you use a disposable email, username and password, you are still giving away your IP and browser/PC info - so you would need to fake these with a proxy and a user-agent switcher- I wouldn't spend that effort on that kind of website.
