PowerColor HD7950 3GB GDDR5 BOOST STATE(V5)(UEFI READY)
AX7950 3GBD5-2DHV5E
http://www.powercolor.com/us/products_features.asp?id=455

Confirmed NOT Voltage locked can go 0.8V to 1.3V

Just bought 1 of these this week haven't had it long enough to fully test it yet but so far very happy. I am impressed with the cooler and fans and it seems to be handling the heat from mining well so far. Only issue i seem to get is if i push the card too far my computer just instantly turns off, generally my other cards just stop working for a bit and recover.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/AMD-AMD-HD7950-3G-Graphics-cards/dp/B00AF9NAGW

AMD-HD7950-3G is the same model number that was on my sapphire boxes on a "oem sticker" so these are probably the same sapphire cards. A bit pricy tho, I got mine for 190 euro each.

Same here. i bought a decent amount of them when they first came out, and they were only 289/ea with free shipping and $20 rebate with the resellable game codes. Seems to be a popular card now, limit of 1 per is ouch.

I guess the PowerColor PCS 7950 is unlocked as well: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131458

@ Hamstorg and for help
(Most of the listed GPU are old stock "pre-boost")
-New Vapor X and Flex are voltage locked
-New GV-R795WF3-3GD is voltage locked

Many cards are locked this year that were not last.

-New Vapor X and Flex are voltage locked

They should be unlocked with Sapphire Trixx using the non-Boost BIOS (there is a switch onboard the GPUs, flipping it will change to non-boost BIOS)

See this thread: http://www.overclock.net/t/1303929/7950-vapor-x-voltage-locked/

Pretty sure it's the same case with FLEX cards

well at 180€ the 7950 is a deal... R9 280x is using high voltage, unreliable drivers and very little good information on the net yet.

so does anybody know if the mentioned model is voltage unlocked? (should I go with that, or better a boost version?) I am looking for best hash/watt !!!
