Long-Polling and Stratum PPLNS

https://fc.dontmine.me/

Pool has paid out over 970,000 FC! (15% of the current coins)

The typical stale rate for stratum a stratum user is 0.2-0.5%
The pool's combined average stale rate of stratum and LP workers is 1.3%

Los Angeles based server with DDoS mitigation.

See how to connect here: https://fc.dontmine.me/gettingstarted

To be a good pool citizen, registration opens/closes automatically when the pool/net rate is less than 25% to spread hash rate around

PPLNS with N=100000 (about 4 blocks)

It uses pushpoold and mmcFE front end ( thanks to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178286.msg1867412 ) and now stratum support as well (thanks to viperaus)

RIP my old pools... sometimes BTC isn't life ;(

I modified P2Pool to work with feathercoind, but not with other peers, so it's just a hack (see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178286.msg1869269#msg1869269 )

cgminer:
--scrypt  -o stratum+tcp://fpool1.zapto.org:19327 -s 1 --expiry 1 --queue 0 -u PUT_YOUR_FC_ADDR_HERE -p x (and other tuning stuff)

other:
url: stratum+tcp://fpool1.zapto.org:19327 or http://fpool1.zapto.org:19327 for LP
user: Your FC address for payout
pass: anything "x"

http://fpool1.zapto.org:19327/static/ (you'll see LTC all over it, and the explorer addresses don't work)
Check the bottom for your payout address once you get a share.

It's PPLNS with the last hour of shares instead of the typical 24

Currently the pool finds a block about every 4 minutes with 21 MH/s connected, 5-10% DOA+Orphan

I confirm it works and I have been receiving payouts to my FC address each time a block is found  Grin

I will NEVER ask for any kind of funds up front in a buy/sale of anything on bitcointalk.

I can not confirm it works as my payout address is not appearing on the pool site after over an hour mining.

Just by chance are you using GuiMiner?
Something tells me that + P2Pool is a bad mix right now.

I am using cgminer 2.11.4

Can you mine on other scrypt chains... BBQ, LTC?

Yes I mine BQC and LTC regularly. The mining program shows shares being generated but my payout address is not showing up on the website, therefore it is not recognizing it for some reason.

My address is:  6u8RCArB9iwshk3xxToiCk3uXPGWDuSnR9  if someone would like to investigate.

For some reason I'm just getting:
Stratum from pool 0 requested work restart
Over and over again. Its been doing this for about 5 minutes.
Anyone know how to stop this and actually start mining? I wanna send my 800khash over Smiley

getting plenty of payments, it's even valuable to mine with just your CPU instead of GPU, still getting about 1.xx FC every 20 mins or so Smiley

I've been getting steady payouts from this pool, and blocks are being found every few minutes. Good job Paul21!
