You'll need to create a domain, and then create an email account on that domain.. If your domain is for example abcdef.com, your email is going to be xxxxx@abcdef.com

Take a look at this. It says its free although i haven't tested it.

Hi if you own the domain name then you can use any email address or subdomain with it. for example a@example.com or beta.example.com. However, you will need to configure it using settings.

You can buy domains on godaddy, bigrock etc.
You can also buy email option while purchasing a domain name.

Or you can use free service like https://pawnmail.com to use your domain for the email address.

To learn how it works,

1) Register a free domain on http://www.dot.tk
2) Go to https://pawnmail.com and configure your domain
3) Create your desired email address with your .tk domain name

Yeah and domains can be gotten pretty cheaply, you can get some domains for under 1$ from Namecheap for example.
