If I were to buy a functional, hack-proof bitcoin-lottery, who should I talk to?

What do you mean by hack-proof?  Huh Huh I don't think such a thing exists.

What features do you want? A simple lottery where people send btc to an address and it picks a winner and sends all the btc back to that person is easy and secure.

Well actually, we are already programming our own lottery.
So I'm thinking about buying a another one, to link up. This way it's easier to drive visitors into the main project.
Functions are of lesser importance. As long as it looks good, is fun & secure.

Integrated with Drupal would be a plus, my main man works with that.

On a side note, do you know that bitcoin lotteries are not exactly the most popular type of gambling activity among crypto users?

Unless you have some revolutionary concept in mind, there is is a huge risk involved that your lottery will turn out to be a flop.

Just a fair warning.
