What do you think Decred's price can reach in a near future ?

Reach one USD ? Right now decred is trading around $0.002 levels with market cap of 7,597 bitcoins.

I am not finding any positive events for decred price appreciations other than few investors found on their own forum.
I agree that decred is totally a different altcoin still now a days that alone will not be enough to have some decent value.

Check for different factors which are associated with one particular altcoin if you plan for any investing. Right now I am not finding any drastic value changes for any altcoins. Only bitcoin seems promising.

it's not $0.002, it's currently 0.0026 btc not usd, you confused the currency there, 0.0026 is around $2.5 dollars which is above 1 usd already, the value is high and with the pos system it's very hard to see this coin going any higher, maybe people don't know but the dev is holding 800k that are probably free to be dumped at any time, i would not hold your breath if i was you

this now decreed price only 17k satoshi or under 2 dollar
but decreed new altcoin is good, big exchanger poloniex and bittrex accepted trade in there, and volume transaction is good too 100bitcoin/day
i think next time can incraese to 100k satoshi

you said it wrong again, it's 260k satoshi not only 17k, also your speculation doesn't make sense ith your previous statement, voleume is good but the dumping is strong in this one, i can't see any real increase imho

Don't think I'm greedy, but when I invest in something which is as instable as altcoins are, I want to make a biger profit, than 5-6%. What I mean is, if I'm willing to risk so much with my funds, I want an equal profit from it. My set limit is 10%, but usually even more. The bigger risk in trade, the bigger profit I expect.

True, very true. 
Usually, I do a big research before I invest in some altcoin, but with decred, honestly, I just wanted to go with the flow on the way up, which fortunatelly worked for me. But of course, you never know when the rise ends or when a big dump comes, so it's better to leave the boat when you have desired profit (the one you have set before), than to wait until the edge of price..

What do you think about recent moves of dcr? Maybe another big pump on the way?

The volume fell leaving the price very shallow, when there is a massive interest in the currency, the price can rise very fast, believing that there is no long term it equals a dash or eth

If someone with discipline accumulates at a very low price and then uses the pos to earn more and more coins for years and years I don't see why this scam coin can't be dash part 2. The key to dash is 6 or so scammers with lots of discipline.  Something tells me that Evan and friends are rare in the altcoin world...to show so much discipline i mean

The sudden rise of bitcoin price caused that many alts went down rapidly. I really hope it will come back to 250-300k sat soon.

As I see price was lowest in December and was over $0.5. That is not low price for me. I have no ideas how much was traded at that price. But yes that could be cheap price, but fro sure not almost free. I had not monitor much Decred, but I understand that knowledge that PoS will be able was known from early start to everyone. so is fair for anyone to buy as cheap as they can.


For price we saw price was decreasing all last year and hit lowest in beginning of year. Question is if that was it or not. Because not even 4 millions Decred is out, lots is still getting stacked and mined. In anycase I am sure bottom will be found this year.

Yep, I have noticed it, it was quite surprising for me, because I expected some bigger moves will happen after the Mar 11th.
And actually it was already over 315k sat on Bittrex, so almost 100% growth within one day. 🚀
DCR is very volatile, especially if we look on last few weeks, so anything can happen now, but I don't complain, another opportunity to make some decent profit on it.
