If you want to get listed on Alexa or you want to earn income from ads , It's all about traffic. If you want to earn the traffic then you should start by increasing the amount you pay + the time , 240 minutes is simply too long and won't make users comeback and that will result in losing traffic .

i see some faucet that gives one claim per day and rank is 100k or less i tryed to give 60-100 satoshi in 5 min but no revenue and lossing to much money

You can either pay a service to pump your Alexa rank or simply start giving higher rewards so users who've installed alexa bar/tool start visiting your site more frequently.

what about ads i use a-ads and adbitco i get more then 600 visites ++ and i get like 1k satoshi from them any trick ? i'm losing more then 25k satoshi to get 1k

a-ads is great for advertisers. They don't pay much for ads.
Publishers don't get paid much because ads are cheap.

1) decrease bounce rate  -> add more than 1 page and push players to visit both (for example claim button will be on second)
2) advertise your faucet in some rotators (more visits = better alexa)
3) advertise your faucet in PTC (yes you need to pay a little but it worth - if you interested, i can bring you 500-600 uniques for 60k satoshis)
4) make something extra in your faucet, don't be mainstream... add some bonus or seniority bonus
5) add alexa widget to your page
6) be patient (the most important thing, but believe me, mellow ads is not a solution to your negative profit)
7) there are much more factors how to be better and better
