Theres the XAPO webwallet service. They issue debit cards but the fees are too high. Its cheaper to use localbitcoins.com then have your fiat money wired or deposited to your bank account that has a debit card. If they cant offer a cheaper service then why would we use it when the bank's debit cards are better and more accessible?
How much are the fees at cryptopay.me?

Ive been looking for debit cards that i can refil using bitcoin, so for i've seen https://cryptopay.me/bitcoin-debit-card , do you guys know of any others? Also, have any of you used the one above before? There have been soooo many of these services popping up lately. Some of them that I remember are E-Coin, Bitpay and Spectrocoin. You can find more bitcoin debit card services and reviews here. Have not personally used any of them, because I use a fiat debit card. Might try out one of these in the future though.. |

Just be extremely careful and use a very well established company. They could potentially run at any point with your funds though so it's the same as leaving funds in an exchange IMO.

If you are looking for something virtual only then Coinizy.com is your best choice as It's the cheapest (0.5$) , loadable with multiple payment methods , no KYC verification required unless you want to increase the 2,500$ limits and the UI/UX is simply the best.
I don't recommend SpectroCoin because they had a scam accusation against them , E-coin.io is having a lot of issues lately too. If you need something physical then I would go with CoinsBank.

Cryptopay were offering free cards a while ago , I picked one up but never activated so can't comment on their actual service. Coinsbank looks interesting.

Just checked and for the UK the issuance fee is just under £100 wow that's mental. |

The fees range between 1 and 2% and there is a monthly service fee of $1, im not familiar with what average fees are but these seem to be fair to say the least |

wow I didnt realize there are several more BTC debit cards available. Im guessing Bitpay might have the cheapest fees because lots of merchants do BTC transactions using them as the middle man. I will look into all of them, thanks for posting the sites. |

I will look into all of them, thanks for posting the sites. I used bitwala, spectrocoin, xapo and e-coin. At this moment I am with spectrocoin and bitwala. I find spectrocoin very reliable service since I need accept bitcoins payments at my site and I also use their virtual card. Sometimes I use bitwala , but I find spectro more reliable. If e-coin drops their 5% fees maybe I would come back to them, but.. now I don't think so. I also don't like their attitude. They are lying about their fees and making funny excuses about their "secret bitcoin price formulas". |

I tried going to the Spectrocoin website but is offline right now but I could still browse the site because of Cloudfare's snapshot of the website. I like how the site looks and that is a good start when trying to review the service. I wish I could log in and try the ease of use of their UI.
The fees of the debit card is almost identical to Xapo except for the initial payment of 20.00 $ for Xapo and 9.00 $ for Spectro. The annual fee is the same except Xapo offers the first year for free. All the other fees are the same.
Its still cheaper to use my local bank account's debit card if I sell my BTC then deposit the fiat in my bank account.

You can also try wirex this is what i use before.. but stop using it. there is a thread that you can find almost all debit cards but the problem i do not know the thread link right now.
you can also try coinbank like other said xapo and wirex..

I would say their fees varies from day to day ~1-2%. I find SpectroCoin support very helpful. Also using their bitcoin API.. With wirex 5% fees and lots of problems... |
