Better make it clear, You are looking for a dice or something like dice. With no Casino, complex interface as well as not Sports betting related?
Anyhow, Primedice, Bitsler are both decent Dice sites with the average house edge of 1% or so, Bitdouble seems interesting. but it's a little more complicated than high-low (not much though).

Crypto Games has 0% house edge during happy hours. But if you look for a permanent 0% house edge site, I recommend to ask them from what they pay their business expenses! i think in crypto-games.net not use house edge in 0% system in site and official thread crypto-games.net in bitcointalk in there explain house edge use 0.8% |

Yeah it is legit for me either with my sports book but op said that he is looking for not a sports gambling site. 1)should not be sport gambling site .
If its sports bet, i'll recommend cloudbet... satoshi gambling sites, bitsler.com and freebitco.in are worthy mentions

Well, I dont think that some site is better than the other one, unless the house edge is lower: then it is extremely important factor to consider. Im talking only about provably fair casinos, I dont enter sites which I dont trust. However I dont really care about UI during the game, it is fun for me every time I do bets with small house edge  |

So for any site along with house edge there should be a well qualified and fast responsive support team is also a must. For example, Fortunejack is well trusted and their house edge also okay but their support is quite bad so I don't like to deposit money in that site nowadays. |

I usually play in nitrogen sports as most of the time I bet on sports and that is my strength. Dice games and gambling is far more riskier and based on luck factor.

All of those characteristics put in a casino are very hard but even if you could find a casino with all of those characteristics you forgot probably the most important, getting fun, because what is the point of playing in a casino if you don't get any fun? |

On bitcoin dice gambling I love the classics, like primedice. They are old, trustworthy and entertaining.
On casino I prefer mbitcasino.com, they have a lot of variety. On sportsbook it used to be nitrogensports, I still like them but now for the sake of trying I am checking sportsbet.io for a while. I started to like them.

Alright so according to your requirements yolodice would be best as they process all transactions less than 0.1 btc. And also give good profit and has an option for instant payment also.
Rollindice i have gamble there much but it is one of the oldest dice site so in terms of trust they are the best.
Fortunejack - Even though recently they have too many scam accusations i have gambled on their site and it was a decent site.
