I saw him playing there and yes I can say that he really won on Crash. That time he is playing, I am also playing. you need to prove with transaction id not with screenshot, screen shot can be photoshopped, what is the address to which you send the 10 btc? also have you contacted their support first before saying that they are scamming?

Your question does not make senses, how can he post a tx id? Tx id of what? Withdrawals? If he said that he have not received the withdrawal how can he post tx id? If you ask about deposit tx id, did he said that he win it from deposit money?

i can't understand how adding a simple faucets to their gamble site, would destroy the point of being a gamble site? faucets are good to bring more people to invest in your casino, newbie love them; a faucet can be cded easily in any poker room or pure dice website, i really see no problem with it

Seems that there was a bug on your site which let him to bet 1btc while in fact you set max bet is 0.01btc. I dont try to say that he was exploiting the bug, perhaps he did not know about the max bet allowed on your site.
