Well very nice gambling site you got three parts that players can choose from, the 2 games was the thing that I am more interested of but the crash that the longer you wait the greater the profit is the one that I am not very fond of, well maybe because I didn't understand it and it is new to me I think you can put some instructions on the site so new players especially me can really know what to do and how the rules work, well a rework on that and I can see a chat box there I think that is really good so players can chat with one another!

it is really low, if they want to do a 0.001 for a max bet then they definitely have no funds to payout that huge win of 10 bitcoins, I would stay away from this website right now for sure because the outcome of this situation is hard to predict.

I dont thik he get paid the 10btc winning because there was a bug on the crash game which let him to bet higher amount, OP also keep quiet about this issue. Indeed, OP should clarify about this issue whether they will pay the 10btc or they will only give less amount as a compensation.
