it's not fair for him IMO. He as a lucky player won from your site, he didn't know either if max bet was 0.01 btc (Your site has allowed that, so its not his fault, he is just regular player). He should get atleast bug bounty for found a bug from your site,

Usually bug bounty is only some amount and that is not much and i think that should give him at least half of the winning prize. 10 btc is good amount to win with recent price. Okay I'll save it, here  http://archive.is/ADPzW . It will just be valid if you have a proof that the site was exploited IMO. If there's no proof, players should get their winnings. Players shouldn't be responsible for the bug or errors in the site. Just a question, have you tested the games by yourself before publishing it to public? As far As I know, casino owners should test it first, so that they will know even the minor bugs.

This is the reason why buying ready-to-go solutions without properly testing then first is a big issue. The fault was in Bitbox's game, but they won't refund you. Because of an exploit in their game, the reputation of this casino is lost if they don't payout a huge win caused by an exploit.

Also, why should someone choose your casino over a reputable one? You have problems with your games' functionality, small max-bet.

What does it mean that your maxbet is 0,01btc? Can someone bet 0,01 on dice with x9900 multiplier and win 99btc? Would you pay that out, or blame a bug in Bitbox systems? Normally development of a safe and easy-to-use casino site with bitcoin integrated costs 5000-15000$. Why would you think, that you are getting the same from Bitbox for only a fraction of that price?

How can anyone trust your casino, given that you blindly trusted what Bitbox told you about their products? (penetration tested, bug free, edge-cutting technology). Worrysome.

Yes, actually it is true, rather than nothing OP should pay him this bounty. But until now there is no answer from OP and even the winners did not have problem with this, he just posted about his winning and gone without comeback. The winner should ask for this prize for the bounty at least to make sure that OP is really paying us or not. if the bounty is not yet been paid, i dont think that he is going to pay the rest later on

This page has nothing to do with all players who play honestly (not playing just because they knew that there was a bug). Just because there is someone win big amount on the crash game because your own fault, then you do not want to pay other smaller winnings as well? Is this professional?
Your terms page is also a bit strange, you will always check all players bet history if they make withdrawal request? How long for 1 withdrawal investigation? As your max bet is small, will you investigate for small amount of withdrawal as well (i.e 0.05btc)?
One more weird terms "you have the right to modify withdrawal amount without notice" ? In what cases?

You know that users aren't responsible for this issue because you as the owner must have checked the site before launching it. Depending on what the terms are between bitbox and OP, if it is proven that the player exploited a bug from the software maker, there should at least be a compensation for the player, and the software make should be the one to handle the cost. It is not the player's fault nor the OP's fault in the first place, and OP should be glad that the exploit was found earlier. Consider the compensation as a bug bounty.

But then again, i dont see any terms or conditions on bitbox site so i can't tell.

There are many victims of these scammers.
I will ask one of my friends who helped me in this project to open a scam accusation against them.
He has all the proofs (emails, Skype chat logs, payment transactions, etc)
