Do you still find it cheap importing, after adding the shipping charges and the customs duty? I hear that customs duty starts at 7% for cellphones and can get crazy high at time, depending on the officer in-charge? I remember reading something related to this in XDA developers HTC One forum. You might want to enquire about the costs fully before you import it. Just my 2c

Sprint is useless, it is CDMA.
They need a GSM version, which would be a phone working in either T-Mobile or At&t networks.
