We do, and it is optional for the user - Verified Photo ID and Photo card grant the customer rewards and discount | we encourage clients to only verify their credit card only.

For stolen cards (the question we receive all the time) : the website have a set of security layers to detect, block usage of stolen card -- I can not go into the details, but we are covered.
