It probably took him a lot more, but still they are pretty awful. They produced a sense of shock in my. At first I wondered what kind of picture it is that he is willing to sell 2 for $5. Expected something small maybe 5x5cm. Got surprised.

I must say that I am shocked by those images - those are not painted by a noob or anybody with a hand and a brush. Those are real deal. Of course those are not exactly 'paintings' in that sense, but are serious art work nonetheless. The way characters and objects are created and cartoonized, I must say, that needs mature and seasoned hand. I don't know why you guys are criticizing his work, 5$ is pretty cheap if he is selling in physical form, even without a frame.

Maybe tell your brother to create something physical. I don't know how shipping would work from your country, but if it's doable let him try it. Include the Bitcoin logo, together with interesting colors, or maybe something even unique.

If he is serious about art, he should learn more about design and aesthetics. You have access to the internet and there are tons of different resources that he can use to improve his skills.

Thinking that HE IS THE BEST, is a very negative mindset, as it will disable his growth. If you think you're on the top, the only way to go is down. It is a delusion of grandiosity. You would do him a really great favor to show him this thread. It would hurt him initially, but in the long-run it is better to be honest and harsh, rather than lie just to avoid hurting somebody. That's how people with terrible voices end up on talent shows.

Your brother doing a great job buddy, no need to be demoralized. If he is only 18 and he himself drawn those by his own hand, he is way beyond standard! Regardless of country, those are serious artwork in any country, by any standard. Those who are saying these images are painted by a kid, I suggest they can try themselves to see if they come even close.

And no, he is not the "best of of the best", no need to be delusional either lol. Right now he is a real good artist most definitely, and he is only 18, so there is a real long journey from here, but he started great I must say. Kudos to him!
