Using them for few years already and there was never any problem with exchange in any direction.

However today i used Ethereum - Neteller direction and sent 1.60 ETH to adress provided, after that my order got canceled and now i dont have neither Ethereum neither Neteller funds.

I hope someone will look into that issue soon and refund me Neteller or Ethereum.

Issue was resolved as soon as support member came online. He was very helpfull and processed my payment immediatelly. Still the best service arround.
