Using them for few years already and there was never any problem with exchange in any direction.
However today i used Ethereum - Neteller direction and sent 1.60 ETH to adress provided, after that my order got canceled and now i dont have neither Ethereum neither Neteller funds.
I hope someone will look into that issue soon and refund me Neteller or Ethereum.

Please, with order number, contact with support team - they help you. Issue was resolved as soon as support member came online. He was very helpfull and processed my payment immediatelly. Still the best service arround.  I was a bit worried though but there was no reason  |
