I really need some advice about Bitcoin core and P2pool. I have been running the pool for a week, with 3 workers at 40 TH, but still no payout.
This is the site http://ozapool.com:9332/static/punchy/index.html
Should the earnings appear in Bitcoin Core? So I could transfer to my wallet?

Noob at pooling, so thanks in advance for all tips and help. Smiley

ozapool.com and the link that you linked both are offline for be, but I'll assume it's a working P2Pool node.

P2Pool has a very low hashrate (2.21 PH according to p2pool.org), which is expected to find a block every ~10 days. They have not found a block for 17 days, and since you joined only a week ago, there's nothing to pay you for (yet). P2Pool isn't PPS - they pay you every block that the pool gets.

Thank you for the answer! I was scared i did something wrong, but it seems that i just have to be more patient Wink

BTW. If you know.. Is there a 'better' solution to run your own pool? Smiley
Also I just restarted the server..Thats why it was offline..Online now.

You are very welcome  Cheesy P2Pool is probably your best bet at running your own pool. You could try running your own CKPool, but that's a separate pool and unlike P2Pool, you are only paid for blocks found on your pool. It would be even slower unless you could get a lot of miners to join your pool.

I was watching this node and I think you should be careful.
Because it may be poorly implemented since you do not have any shares, no predicted payout and you don't know
the p2pool version that is being used !
Use this tools to choose your node :

http://p2pool.co/
http://poolnode.info/

Never user a node with version lower than 16 or you will never be paid !

Thank you guys, we have had some payments now, and redirect 32 workers at 400 TH, and more to come. I hope this will help out P2pool. Smiley

It certainly will, we need just a bit more Hash then the magic will happen again!

And p2pool continues to mine empty and low transaction count blocks... if only there were other options... Tongue

Jonny's Pool - Mine with us and help us grow!  Support a pool that supports Bitcoin, not a hardware manufacturer's pockets!  No SPV cheats.  No empty blocks.

After that block did you see the luck percentage for the next one 3477.25%.

What is this error mean when I view my stats.    LOST CONTACT WITH BITCOIND for 1.3 minutes! Check that it isn't frozen or dead!
Do I restart my miner? After restart seems  a couple of nodes go dead and start back up maybe?
This one is down now p2pool.org:9332

@JanAndre  point an Antrouters to p2p since they are perfect for helping insure you get your larger mining share.

This is what it is. Works as a repeater and wireless router too. Plug it in anywhere and you can mine wireless just to keep pointed at a p2pool incase your main miner is offline.
