I assume that you run your business in Indonesia since you send directly from Indonesia, so i think you could make an announcement thread at Indonesia local section and we're one of countries with highest cigarettes consumption as well.
Too bad i'm not smokers.

It wont be profitable to announce it on Indonesian local forum as I believe Indonesian will prefer to buy the cigarettes directly from the shop because they will get cheaper price instead of buying it online.  It works on other cigarettes online shop all over the world that they will try to get customers from different countries.

What is your experience shipping to different countries, especially in the EU? Customs there is very difficult to bypass when buying tobacco products - many sites offering similar services haven't found a way to get past customs. Even with your escrow and 70% money back (if stuck at customs), it's almost a guaranteed loss if you can't ensure a high success rate for delivery.
