absolutely agree, and i hope it will develop more and more , potential good - product new ))) Is it truly can store erc20 tokens? If yes, then I will try it and test if it is suitable and best for me than web wallets. I usually use my android phone than using a computer. That is why I need an android wallet app to store my coins I got from bounties and airdrops. Thanks for this mate

I have two wallets in my android mobile. Coinbase and Electrum wallets. Segwit adds more value to Electrum and supports ERC-20 tokens. So Electrum seemed best. So secured and protected with seed phrases. If you are looking for less transaction fees and quick transactions, best use Electrum in your android mobile. Coinbase is one of the best wallets though it supports only four altcoins. Set up 2FA authentication factor to avoid issues in future.
I am always looking for a wallet that uses 2FA system, the security is very secure because someone who can find and open the wallet that I have is a person who knows about the smartphone we have or other tools connected to the 2FA system. Actually, I also use coinbase for my android wallet, and so far I'm comfortable using it.

Coinbase is not recommended because you don't have control over your private keys unlike other wallet like mycelium or electrum mobile they let you access the private keys and you can export them to transfer to any supported wallet unlike coinbase they don't have a backup option so if the website is gone or shutdown then you don't have a chance to recover your wallet.

Hi. From your experience guys which wallet is good for android phone? with which wallet i can backup bitcoin private keys offline, without being connected to internet?
Electrum has an Android version (but it is a bit feature limited compared to desktop version, does the basics OK). Mycelium is a pretty decent wallet... although the developers have previously made some questionable choices (intrusive ads, promoting "dubious" Russian ICOs, broken promises, Mycelium ICO disaster etc) Samourai is an up and coming wallet (although technically still in "Alpha" test) All of those wallets use "seed mnemonics" (aka "12 words") to enable you to create offline backups of private keys. If none of those look any good for what you want, you can always try looking at the other options here: https://bitcoin.org/en/wallets/mobile/android/

I also use Electrum in a smartphone also and agree that it is a basic version of the desktop option but works as it should and is simple.
I have also got Coinomi installed but have only used it for LTC and ETC, no issues with it and no ads.
Is anyone using the Breadwallet as suggested earlier in the thread? This from their app data.

I tried Breadwallet once... it refused to work with "custom" keyboards... and also with "rooted" phones, citing "security" issues. It also seemed to drain a lot of battery and data, so I stopped using it altogether and just went with Mycelium. It may be better now, I haven't tried it in quite a while.

Medishares or MDS is a ERC20 token it's not a mobile wallet for Android and their official website doesn't work to me. Exodus is not safe as you think even I don't have any experience about this wallet there are many users said that this wallet is not safe that is why until now I don't use the wallet. If you want to use a crypto wallet with multiple altcoins and bitcoin Coinomi for me is the best for mobile

The safest and easiest wallet for android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.schildbach.wallet&hl=pt_BRBitcoin Wallet for Android for iPhone iOS recommend BitWallet Remember to encrypt your wallet with a secure enough password and back up your wallet if you do not know how to manage your funds safely and only transfer when you get confidence...

I feel confortable with coinomi that is also a multicoin wallet (eth, etc, monero and many others) you have the possession of the seed / keys you can sign a transaction and choose the fees, there is also a desktop / pc version...

Breadwallet on an Android phone (needs Marshmallow or Nougat OS) is most secure because it uses protected hardware storage.
I used it a while back, find it rather clunky. UI is displeasing, takes minutes to sync the wallets — they raised millions in ICO iirc, meanwhile there are wallets which were made freely from scratch and still work better.

My android BTC bitcoin wallet should be the same like my windows wallet I use Atomic Wallet for both my Android phone and Windows computer. Atomic Wallet supports more than 300 cryptocurrencies. It's a non-custodial wallet. You have full control of your keys. It's secure and anonymous. For BTC transactions, you have the option to adjust the fees if you want to make it cheaper or a faster transaction.

I suggest to look into Samourai Wallet for a good balance between security and privacy and for everyday spending with an incredibly easy-to-use Lightning network wallet I would go for Muun.
