I know this but I've considered an anonymous system must not save distinctive data about the users, in this case IP address or real email address. If an user register a new account with an email address he/she don't have control of, in case he/she will ever forget the password of this account, the password can't be recovered.

Of you let people create as many as they want then it means that you can just disable the "buy h coins" (deposit) feature.  On other words, you want to giveaway the amount on the prizepool as why people should deposit if they can win without deposit.

Of you let people create as many as they want then it means that you can just disable the "buy h coins" (deposit) feature.  On other words, you want to giveaway the amount on the prizepool as why people should deposit if they can win without deposit.

Well, not as good as it could be but atleast not bad. People can create many accounts as they wanted, but it will be a hassle to them (mostly, people won't do it IMO). Why? Because they can't withdraw it nor send it to their main account since it's a bonus. It is tiring to sign up lots of account then buy tickets using ALL of the H Coins. Personally, (just imagining) I will be bored that way, especially if I did not win even 1 time using XX number of accounts.

Not sure if it is legit or not, nor i know much about such websites because i just tried one or two lottery sites and never got lucky in any of them. How to explain for everyone to understand. Money for prizes are available. The script is the same like in a 6/49 lotto game. The odds are fair. The game won't pay more than 95% of its H Coins volume. Since no prize has been won yet by other user than mine there is no withdraw so no winners yet. All winning draws show on the website has been credited to my own users, which I used to play test the website. Once you win the H Coins are automatically withdraw from the volume ballance. So if maximum prize of 95% is won at this moment in the site will still remain 82126 H Coins. This difference allow me to give 50 H Coins registration bonus to 1642 New users and not going bankrupt.

Just push the button 'HOME' and then roll the page down. You'll see numbers from 1 to 49 in green circles. You choose 6 of them and push 'Confirm ticket'. Then you can do that again and again (50 times for 50 h-coins).

I did register in these site and I think it is a great game and site. Though the problem is, the winning numbers.
After I registered I did get a free 50 Hcoins which is really great. I made 5 ticket entries and waited for the site to draw the lucky numbers. As expected I did lose and what I observed is with every entries that I made there are different lucky numbers, which is different from I expected.
I thought that with that 5 entries there will be only one set of lucky numbers. So i think it is a really hard and random game to win though there a lot of winners that is being posted. Anyone here can prove that they are really getting the prize?

You are not even answer most of the question out there, rather than you reply each one of them, you ignore everyone (including mine) and make a new confusion here by saying that you are not restrict each person to make as many account that they like. You are not scare that people abuse on your site because you know that you wont lose on this. Dont even know if we can really withdraw on this thing or even win that prize or not

If he won it with the sign up bonus, I doubt that he will get paid for that amount. Few days old site which is giving away so many chances to win huge amount of money, sounds too good to be true.
I also doubt that those who won 777,000 hcoins is a real player unless he comes here to confirm it. Otherwise, the given info on the site is just like an advertising strategy to attract players.

May be that the owner himself. He may be testing it and i am quite sure OP doesn't have that much to payout. What he only cares about is few deposits some may make to buy hcoins and play lottery.

This is just a new lottery game and i think this is still in beta test.. according to the website its fully responsive and mobile friendly tested on desktop and mobile and made by bootstrap.
Since you have still cant protect your site for making multiple accounts you need to find a script that can block someone who are using vpn or proxy.
It will become a problem in the future. if you fully release this site and give a lots of bonus..
