my last 3 successful SEPA withdrawals from mtgox took each about 14 days.
when I asked if this was normal, mt gox support said there is a queue for withdrawals using SEPA. they didn't explain why it takes so long though.
I still have one open that didn't arrive yet. I started it 15 days ago, its status is "processed" for at least a week now.

Don't know why there should be a problem the accounts have to be verified anyway. Is it the Polish bank hanging onto the cash?

I think it's caused by the volume of cash and transactions they're shoving through. It's from one account, to many seemingly random SEPA accounts all over the place, while they're not registered as a payment processor or bank. I wouldn't be surprised if this kind of thing raises red flags with the authorities and fraud prevention. on a brighter note, my last withdrawal got through after just 15 days requested it on 4 april, got through on 19 april.

I requested my withdrawal on April 10th and it didn't yet arrive either. I asked support why it didn't and all they could provide was It is still waiting to be processed due to our Polish bank`s withdrawal limits. Do they really run MtGox on a private account instead of a business account?

on a brighter note, my last withdrawal got through after just 15 days requested it on 4 april, got through on 19 april. Aha, progress: Set withdrawal up on 6th, confirmed almost immediately Changed to Pending on 22nd Changed to processed on 23rd. No sign yet at Bank ....and the readies arrived today (23rd) just before 9:00am !! 17 days and 11/12 working days, not too bad I suppose considering the upheavils. Eagerly awaiting the withdrawal from the 10th now.

They are getting slower, still no movement on my order from the 10th but since they have taken a week from dealing with an order on the 6th to dealing with the 7th, not surprising.

can't wait to stop doing business with mt.gox, first transfer 13/04 still only confirmed and by the looks of it it is gonna be a while
anyone can comment about the withdrawal fees from japan bank to europe? I found no information about withdrawal fees at all
also how long it takes would be useful too...
someone recently stole 660 euros from my mt.gox account that I left in case I wanted to buy some bitcoins again, After I noticed the transfer, I instantly contacted them about the unauthorised transfer (bitcoins), they replied 2 days later that they are sorry and can't do anything
I really hate mt.gox... even blockchain that offers a completely free service is capable of providing 2 auth with sms... also locking to one ip, etc.
they approve deposits to their shitty poland account within few days but it takes them weeks to process withdrawals back to the same account

mtgox supports 2 way authentication, yubikey (they sent me one for free) and google authenticator.

On Monday (29.4) my Withdraw from 7/4 gots processed, Today(30.4) it is in my account. Some withdraws it shows in the history state pending, they are on the same Day in my Bank account. 1% Is the Sepa Fee that MtGox takes. @etheral: is it possible that you have several withdraws with state confirmed in your pipe, or is it only one ? I am asking, cause i would like to find out, why it takes so long. I have 7 Withdraws with the state confirmed, oldest is now 9.4.

Got this from the support: Hello,
We have reached the daily limit for withdrawal that was imposed on us by our bank and all withdrawals are now being queued for processing and all will be processed according to the daily queue and we will keep you updated once processed and we apologize for the inconvenience
Thanks,
MtGox.com Team
This Explaination fits to that was is happening. The Withdraw robots takes from every User the oldest Withdraw and processes this until the Limit it is reached. Then it stop in the Userlist and starts there on the next run. So if you have more withdraws in the queue, then it takes long, if you only have one in the withdraw queue, then it goes fast. It fits to my Experience and to other Posts that i have read in the Forum. Or maybe somebody else has a different Theorie ?
