As the title suggests I am looking to purchase either BTC, BTC-E USD or LTC for PPUSD or UKBT.  I'm new to these forums but have conducted Crypto transactions with users from the website Reddit - which I can provide proof of to any potential trader.

Your best bet is to go through the MtGox hoops or use BitInstant, otherwise you're setting yourself up to get scammed.
