svchost is consuming very high cpu usage

Hello.
I have 8 gb ram and i am using windows 7 .
Whenever i try to run more then 5 softwares ,svchost.exe process usage becomes very high in task manager and cpu starts lagging.
I have tried to do everything, searching on google to fix the problem but i am unable to find any solution.
Any one know any turn around?
I can pay for technical support if anyone suggest me.
