accepting transaction with a newbie with no other proof to show is like getting a huge stone and smashing your own head.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Looks really suspicious trade, who would pay you $1000 profit for nothing, most likely a scam

so if someone buy it, he need to wait another 3 month, oh ..

And after that 3 months of wait, the buyer will soon find out there is nothing inside that account because of the dispute this seller could file. A similar situation happen on other forum. These scammers had been here trying to take advantage of the users who wants to profit and hide identity. These paypal accounts are very attractive to us because of course it has money on it and at the same time we can use it while using someone else identity but this is also the reason why scammers are here.

Of course it is a scam.

If there are disputes on the account then I do see that it is a scam because seller did not disclose this to the buyer before selling it to them.
And they are shown as hidden if the buyer doesn't look at the ledger of all transactions that happened on the account.
He has sent me his skype if anyone wants to see the screenshots of the account and have him demand to see the transaction history in the resolution center or you will not know what you are getting yourself into. Might be owing paypal $1000 in chargebacks.
Who knows if they are not shown to the buyer before they give any of this $600 to him in the first place. :/
