It is against paypal rules to hand a paypal account over to another person, or sell a paypal account.

Maybe it's hacked account . it's quite dangerous to deal with this account. Just hold your bitcoin it's leading to 2,000$ in next months. Tell them to send you a selfie holding the i.d they used to verify the account. And OP what was the reason you got it limited? Why not just wait it out and get the money to you bank account? It doesn't make sense to me to lose out on $1000 for not just waiting this one out with paypal. |

That's a good offer. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! If it really is true and can give documents and proof that it is yours for real.
There is no legal way to sell a Paypal account. Nobody gives away $1000 out of $1600, so prepare to get scammed and possible fraud charges. |

that cant be reason for limitation because paypal is offering such solution and cooperate with payoneer my virtual US bank acc from payoneer is working with paypal very well im sending money from paypal to payoneer without fee and any hassle |

Don't think it's safe. Can't you easily recover/get back your account after the btc transaction confirms? You contact support and say that your account was hacked, you show enough proof that the account belongs to you and boom.. you end up scamming the other party.

I believe you are right. They can claim it was hacked and then claim the money for themselves. Hmm. Is this the new way to scam people having them buy a limited account before limit has been lifted and since they have all the legal documents needed just call support of the payment processor and claim it has been stolen. Then recover the funds. So they get $1600 plus the $600 you paid to them so making off with $2200 with no risk to them. Even this member has said the reason he has provided for the limitation is not true. Hey guys,

It would be wise to just wait for 3 months than sell paypal account because that account will be used for something else if left in the hands of a scammer. But then this is also not a believable offer. OP could also be a scam artist for this is quite too good to be true. Something must be wrong here if you would trade $1000 for $600 worth of btc.
If that $1600 inside that paypal account can be dispute still, then the account will be worthless after the chargeback. Just to warn someone who is interested. Too much greed always hurt.
