VIOP Service which accept BitCoin for receive SMS to a german mobile number +491

Hi,

we are looking for a VOIP service which give us a mobile number starting with +491 (e.g. +491573...) so we can use this number private (no sharing with other people). There are such services but no one provides a private german number.

To make VOIP calls with this number as sender ID is also nice.

It must accept BitCoins.
