I don't think at this point you'll find free btc, but alternate crypto currencies still have some faucets. I got some bytecoins 0.25 not much but it was free

Most of them don't in my experience, but some of them do.
I've had good experience with Litecoin faucets.

Bitvisitor.com is alright, I use it sometimes when I'm bored.
The amount is still not really worth it, but at least they pay.
And I get stuff to play around with Coin Control ^^

That is an advice as good as growing meat balls on a tree!

If you use a blocker, you won't get anything from many of the free bitcoin sites on the list...

If you aren't gonna use coin control (or a client without fee -> chance they will never arrive), you will make negative money using them ^^
