Most likely a scammer, sent him $10 for something else... no response for 10 days.

Came back asking for zappos for my $10, got the run around.

Asked to use escrow to buy zappos, got the run around.

I have spoken with this user on Skype.

Ceaser09 looked like he wanted to use escrow, but something was just off with his tone.

Claimed he has been a member in BitcoinTalk since 2013 - and by that it seemed as if he felt entitled?

I sniffed him out in 2 mins - and stayed away.
