5000 sat now.

I jumped in at 3600 and 3900.

Looks like sky is the limit.

Shift is the dark horse for this year. Great team, great product and great community. People still think of it as an ETH clone but they have no idea about the developments that have been happening. For those who are still unaware of what has been happening, Shift forked to Lisk code base and are releasing their first product next month. This will form the base of their overall vision for decentralized web. In fact, shift will be deploying a DAPP faster than lisk itself. Shows how good the team behind it is.

This has massive potential. At 600k market cap, its a bargain right now.

this coin has been making a lot of noise these days (in a good sense) it is not as big as many other cryptocurrencies out there and the volume is not yet that big. but the couple of short term rises it had in its short lifespan were nice enough.

I saw in another topic calling a 20K price for it although I still don't see that much potential in it but in short term trading it has been a nice little profit on the side.

so what is your prediction? how much and when?

Shift's market cap is only 700.000 $. It can go up easily.

5 M $ must be the target for the team.

I would suggest you to put that little brain of yours to do some research before coming up with such accusations. Shift is no longer an ETH clone. They forked to Lisk last year and are working towards a decentralized web. Of course, I don't expect you to understand what this exactly means and I am not even going to try explaining it.

For those who are new to shift, they are releasing their first product next month (Phantom) which is an Inter Planetary File System that will serve as the backbone to their decentralized tech. They also have great things planned for the future. If you would like to know more, join their chat (shiftnrg.ryver.com). As of this post, Shift is at a 660k Market cap and its closest competitor Maid is at 80 mill Market cap. Even with a 5% valuation of Maid, they will be valued at 4 million which is a x6-x7 from here.

Shift has one of the best communities out there and their dev team is very responsive to questions. Their team has been steadily growing and will focus on a lot of PR starting Q2. Lots of exciting things to look forward to.

I don't want to say the comment you made about shift is wrong or right but are you new to altcoins?

copy paste coins is not a new thing and it has always been like this, there has been years since we could see some real development in altcoin scene. and being copy paste is not exactly called scam, it is called shitcoin.

and these days people don't care at all about what the altcoin is and what features it has or if it is copy of another coin. they only care about how much they can pump that coin to make a quick profit and add to their bitcoin stash, nothing else matters.

nah, Lisk is on a bad path, and unless a pumper comes around or unless they release something game changing, i can not see it as agood investment.

and i can't really see SHIFT as a viable investment it has some volume and it had pumps but nothing that interesting.

the best portfolio would have been Dash, ETH and ZEC in the past few days for maximized profitability and dumping Dash on top and i have a feeling ETH pump is going to stop too.

I just found out about Shift this afternoon.

From my early reading, it looks a lot like MaidSafe. Can anyone point to a comparison post about these two?

If it is similar to MaidSafe, and if they keep developing at the rate they seem to be going, it is hard to understand why they have such a low Marketcap. Anyone got some insight on this?

Shift keeps breaking its all-time high ($0.56 now, not counting the spike in Bittrex a couple of weeks ago). It remained strong even during BTC's rise to over $2000 in the past week. Time for the next bullish run - target $1+?
