Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

No one will trust you. First try to gain some green trust then you can offer escrow service. Without green truste and previous experience you are not able to offer this kind of service. You may also get negative truste (may be) for this kind of reply.
I agree with MKmanik. Exactly, nobody will trust you, if you don't get green trust. So, I will be better for you that, try to get green trust ASAP.
