i just one to get the bonus coin when I will be discharged when it entered my 40mBTC bonus check was for JackRace I entered in the order of 25 then I withdraw, after that I did Deposit switches back to litecoin number 30 LTC, then I play the slot game and after the number of coins I reach 31.6 I intend to make withdrawals
where is my mistake.
I do not have more than one account.

They have reason to ban OP account if OP is indeed breaking the rules.  This is OP's story, and we really does not know what happen between him and FJ, so OP can tell anything or hide something from us to make FJ look really bad.  The best way would be OP to wait after the investigation is done, if you have not broken any rule then they will likely let you withdraw your winning.  It is a small amount for FJ to ruin their reputation.  They may have some issue way back but I think they already deal with it.

@OP Just continue to  follow up about this case.  And if you are indeed clear about the multi account thing, you can open a scam accusation in this thread

i have been with them almost for 2 years since 2015 ago , deposit and withdrawal always done smoothly as long as you didn't abuse their bonus T&C. never face a serious problem before , and they have paid out thousands bitcoin , they won't ruin their reputation for any amount, it's pretty clear stated that he detected do abusing bonus rules, it could be a mistake but i guess they wouldn't make a statement like that when they have a solid proof.

Even after reading things like this, I guess it is no longer news as this frivolous violation of terms and condtions only when winnings has been made but nothing of such when the "account is losing money" . I guess the onus is on users to really understand the terms and condition before even attempting to play and funny enough there is no way to verify how they came about the IP detection.

Fortunejack is not very legit, they had many cases to pay 30 btc higher for more than 1 week investigation, therefore I think they don't have much fund, or managed by a shady team.

It is really hard to prove that you only have 1 account if you are already marked as a multi accounter. Most online casinos do not right away lock accounts. They study the online activity of an account and cross check them will all the other accounts marked with suspicion. It will take weeks or months before they make their move. First have proof that you only have 1 account then you can discuss your issue.

Reputation is very important to any gambling site and I believe the amount involved is not big enough for FortuneJack not to pay it, I'ms sure they are making great money daily and there is a reason why they last in the business for long, just comply with their requirements if they will ask you to and if they choose to forfeit your winnings and lock your account due to violation of rules, there is nothing you can do about it.

I have no problem using fortunejack so far, as you can see my name on the jackrace leaderboard. I always join it every week and I make deposit and withdrawal with no issues. If your account is suspected to have multi accounts but you claims you have only 1 account then it is hard to prove who is right here.

Fortunejack will not ruin their reputation for just 31+ LTC. However if you haven't made multiple account i don't think they will just block you without any reason. Try to contact them again but if they have proofs that you own multiple accounts just for bonus than it will be against their terms and condition.
