What was that about, I didn't really read up on that, but I keep hearing about.  Someone thinks that one prototype unit being tested by a developer qualifies as "shipped"?  Is that the sum of it?

I really want to order one, but I know it won't come so I held off. I can only wish for a company who is legit and with great customer support. There is a huge gap in the market for this.
