Provably Fair System

http://prntscr.com/ebymq7

Yes you heard it right. That's our topic for tonight.

Recently i was scrolling in scam accusation section of bitcointalk.org. I got surprised when i saw the name of a few websites in the scam site's list.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1326821.0

So i just wanna know how aware(careful) you are when you are visiting any dice site or casino.I saw few other posts about flaw or holes in provably fair system of some sites. Have you ever tested the provably fair system before depositing your money there?

Also tell me your favorite site/casino and why do you like it.

999dice was known to be a scam, for anyone actively following bitcointalk for a long time.

Oh FFS, name the sites you want to discuss. If they are not gambling sites, you can discuss them in the sevice discussion board of the site.
Also tell me your favorite site/casino and why do you like it.
Are you talking about 999dice specifically, provably fair and its loopholes, scammy dice sites in general, any scammy site on the thread you linked or preferences regarding the dice sites we frequent? You are all over the place and this seems exactly like a thread where any signature spammer with a bit of mind can post twice a week to get their payment.

Yeah i was on 999dice actually playing there these days too. I read some post of 999dice when it was just opened and jakem is the name of the admin in here. I thought it is just the wallet issue which got him negative issue as stunna asked jakem to show the proof that he owes those 3000 btc he is claiming. But yesterday i got to know about it that it's provably fair system is not so fair. That's why i can see my previous rolls if i logout and login again. by that way i can't see those rolls and can't verify them if i wants to do that later.

I know now. But the time I joined the website I didn't know about it. I don't even know where I got the link from. And there are alot of players there so I thought if they are playing then it must be trusted. I know that was so stupid of me.

I make a habit of always reviewing and verifying games when I play on someone else's site. I'm pretty cool with losing money, but I want to be damn sure it was bad luck and not me being cheated.

That what my point is. I mean how many of us really test the site for being probably fair. Some newbies in gambling like me never thought that casinos or dice sites can really cheat and still standing in online industry after getting caught. And most of us think that if it's running from those many years then it must be a fair site.

Well, for me I really do not spend time checking by myself if the system is provably fair or not because I do not have the idea how to check it, I only play dice with a very minimum amount and do it just for fun. My method to determine is just by observing the bettors, if I see there is a big bets coming in and big traffic, that would already prove my doubt that this site is provably fair. My thinking is if big rollers trust them, why can't I.

Same as you do im not always finding about the provably fairness of a certain site because i do directly search for most reputable sites which there are lots of people who are playing on that site and i could able directly to say that the site is fair enough.

You said it by yourself that "you think they have probably fair system" but you never checked it.
That's my point. Most of us think but not verify the rolls ever, even if we loose shitload of money.
Thanks for your opinion though

If you look at the list, you might pick up that some of them are just one typo away from a big and popular site, so that must be your first

warning. {check your URL} They ride on the branding of popular sites, in the hope that you will be pulled into a false sense of security. The

other thing is, most people do not know how to verify the "provably fairness" ....so they see this on sites and just assume that it is true.  Roll Eyes
