Hi All

I currently use Slushpool oe F2pool, which BOTH offer in payout preferences....BUT both allow you to monitor your miners on their dedicated site which is a MUST for me as most are remote.

I also notice F2pool pays out rewards in LTC and NMC (i think)....The ONLY thing i can not believe if that is has no 2FA !!!!

What would you choose guys ??

Cheers

Haven't you compared 24hr earnings from each?
I switch around like you and found multipool.us was also good however Slush has the edge on longer runs. If you can wait for a block you also have mmpool

Kano hmm might goback I noticed 6th can be 0.00364448 BTC sometimes a day, other times twice a day. Slush gives me .01btc in 3-4 days, Multipool .01 in a day

Found another stat that my 12gb usb miner gets .00000160 btc per block found whereas with Kano I get .00000775 btc per block found

If you decide based on 24hr earnings, then you'll usually end up on F2Pool or Antpool who both average paying less than just about every other pool.
Biggest pools taking the greatest fees from their miners ... yeah a lot of bitcoin miners are not very smart.

Kano does look impressive...I NEVER knew you could monitor miners via their site.....

Also why do you say it is better for 2017 ?

Can you set up alerts to email/txt you when a miner is down ?

EDIT - My mining speeds for S7's are ALL over the place, plus other miners 'stopping' Huh?

Anyone

Don't micromanage.

did you send your s-7s' to kano.is?

look at charts  and stats in 5 to 7 day time frame note we have had 1 failover see the fast dip

all short term is pretty much a waste of time.  other then if your gear fully crashes.
kano.is should be very stable unless you are in China

Marek ... the same guy who a bit over a year ago lost everyone mining on the pool for the month of Dec-2015, more than 250BTC - most likely something like 500BTC - and made the miners all pay for that loss.
He hid the fact that it was Omega mining who caused the loss and let Omega get away with it ... hmm I wonder why someone would do that ...
Yeah gotta trust someone like that ...

@ bilabonic Forget what I said earlier.
@ Kano my apologies I forgot what it was like to mine on your pool when I had an S5. Now That I have 6th I decided to goback to your pool and WOW. After the first block and at the time the miner registered 795gh .00056 wow. Now its only been 2 hours since the last block but I cant wait because by then my miner would have already ramped up to higher speeds meaning higher payouts.

@ bilabonic Go to Kano

Not when payments are made, it has found blocks, on Slush you had to st a limit eg 0.1 BTC

On my Kano page i have 4 Mining awards, 1 dated 23 rd and 3 dated 24th - Total=   0.01519992

I only have one payment in my wallet, the earliset one -

454315   23/Feb 12:36   14.33170369   2.208T   129hr 33m 24s   20.33PHs   0.01%   292.166M   2.69THs   0.00189643

NOTHING ELSE Huh

On the PAYMENTS PAGE I HAVE -

Block   Address   Status   BTC
454504   1Ayax24aAU8c1xwAakK94DVDkm4kbfZ8Ch       0.00475653
454497   1Ayax24aAU8c1xwAakK94DVDkm4kbfZ8Ch       0.00451919
454462   1Ayax24aAU8c1xwAakK94DVDkm4kbfZ8Ch       0.00402777
454315   1Ayax24aAU8c1xwAakK94DVDkm4kbfZ8Ch       0.00189643

When will i get paid, why are none of the PAYMNENTS on the page not showing in wallet ?

Why did i only get that one (first small reward)

Totally confused...I thought once you find a block you get send a percentage of it ??

Cheers

This should really be asked on kano's pool thread... but I'll help you out.  There are a couple of factors at play here.  The first is confirmations.  The second is transactions.

Confirmations - a block of newly minted BTC must mature before any of the coins can be spent.  The maturation is 100 blocks.
Transactions - Kano mines his own payout transactions.  Therefore, in order for those to get confirmed, Kano must solve a block with those payouts in it.

If we look at your example, as of now all of those blocks are matured and eligible for payout.  Therefore, the next time kano finds a block, those payouts will be made.

Jonny's Pool - Mine with us and help us grow!  Support a pool that supports Bitcoin, not a hardware manufacturer's pockets!  No SPV cheats.  No empty blocks.
