I saw your casino being advertised on a review site I was on.
But am wondering if you are a new casino or have been in the industry for a while?
I do notice countries not allowed. United states being one of them.
Why is that when others allow those users to play at their sites?

Hi

Is relatively new , 3 years in the market , but working fine.

Rivalo don´t work in countries where haven´t license , it´s mainly focused on Latam Brazil, Turkey, Switzerland, Poland and Russia market and no regulated markets.

It´s growing and maybe in the future will apply to get licensed.

Do you have live dealer casinos available on your site?
If you do with what provider?
Where are they licensed and registered with?

If you want to be a reputable reliable casino here you must reveal all questions asked.
They are relevant to your casino and should be available information to the public and to your potential customers who would like to know this before even registering an account on your site.

Perfect answer to all my questions!

Being around for three years also proves your credibility than most that have come and gone here.. or preparing to leave their players high and dry. Embarrassed

Ithink like evolution gaming from what I viewed of their videos so far.
Nice choice in the service provider for the live casino experience you have picked.
No fuss no muss with them. Wink

There is one minor problem, you are mixed fiat and bitcoin casino. Therefore you are using KYC/AML.

I read your ToS and I found this:

"In the event of doubt, Rivalo reserves the right to only make payment against presentation of a valid passport or comparable identity document.
In principle, where a withdrawal is requested, Rivalo reserves the right to withhold payment until definitive verification of the credit card by the card-issuing bank.

"

But there is no mention about bitcoin payments. How exactly are you gonna verify that 'In the event of doubt'? You still require documents, correct?

Are you an official representative of this site or you are just a regular player who want to promote it because you like to bet on this site? Once you announce it here so you have to be ready to answer any questions/feedback/accusations that may come in the future, are you ready for that? And if there is a problem, can you help people here to solve the problem?

I will try to help if someone have a problem.

Oh wow, max withdrawal is 100k euros? I would be curious how the bank would accept such a huge money transfer... Besides that the website looks really cool, I think I will try it out the next gambling session.

IF KYC is mandatory on this site, then i may not play , as i never support the KYC in  any gambling sites.

I don't think is really something gambling sites should be doing when playing via bitcoin because is about data information. I would  rather stay away from involving myself. I believe I should be allowed to play and withdraw freely.

Well despite that not only gambling site's requesting for personal information from players this days bit even exchange too I learnt that most of the exchanges are now requesting for KYC before users can deposit or withdrew from there site's that means the whole thing with identity verification is serious.

The thing with KYC is pretty serios but I don't see it that way. As someone else mentioned in a post here, most of them are asking for KYC because they accept fiat as a deposit and withdraw and they have to verify your identity for that because fiat deposits and withdrawals have to be declared to the government for taxes. Anyway, bitcoin casinos were created for privacy security so I would never use a website that ask me for a KYC.

KYC in exchanges is different than KYC at the gambling sites. Since trading exchanges involves a lot of money and to prevent money laundering etc they implement KYC which is good in my point of view.  For gambling sites, there is no point of implementing kyc. At some places, gambling is not considered as a decent game and people do not want them to disclose themselves as gamblers

Hey please read the thread carefully, it's not only Bitcoin but users can use fiat to play. If they don't implement KYC process then it can be a place for money laundering, that would be bad for the site. They just don't want to be in trouble.

If you find me spamming, please report for better community!

It's not good for a certain gambler to provide data information if you have many options inside this industry, you can play with many sites that offers
service that caters games that you love to play, gamblers will go with an easy access especially when in terms of withdrawal process.

Money laundering may happen in any sites including in pure bitcoin/crypto sites only. Money laundering can be prevented without KYC IMO, as long as the site has good system and terms then the possibility of money laundering attempt will be low. This site requires KYC because they were pure fiat based gambling site if I remember it correctly and it is usually related to the license why they requires KYC.
