I visited this site and it is not available for my country. On the main page it only show that this service is not available for your country. It is a simple exchange but why they are only for limited countries?

When checking or verification process is very strict,,very difficult I think it would be small traders to join there, if only as a security inspection in keeping the market from being hacked may be understood by examination, what of other countries can sign up there?
