I don't use Paxful or either localbitcoins for any related to buy BTC hence I don't know if I could get scammed by, hope this explanation cover your doubt.
I'm not gonna send you money and then you fill any kind of claim regarding you haven't got it.
I'm not into  deciding what you have to do, take a look at the forum if you need to sell and accept any trusted member from this forum to be our escrow Ill happly accept to trade with you.
