Concept is good but it looks like you need some correction on design.
I think house edge is 5%   Which is pretty high. It seems you have already got few active players. Idea of lottery also sound interesting. Good luck, i will try your site soon.

Lower it now, to 1% or lower. You don't need a high house edge since it's a PvP game, and you don't risk anything. Right now, it's better to play dice or a RPS dice skin with a lower house edge right now, if people want a better chance at making a profit.

Currently I'm working on provably fair system but in a system where random numbers are not generated it seems quite difficult to achieve. I will add it to the site as soon as I solve the problem. If you have trust issues, you can play games created by others for the time being A page you can play against the computer with betting will also be added in the near future. Tournament sounds interesting, I will also think about this.

there is another site implementing this type of game action-gamble i believe, so if you need to get succeded you need to make things dfferents that will be attractive for users, something for which the users will go to your site and not with competence

It was good to see the admin of the site being active in the forum, and trying to improve the site by considering the feedback of the players that have given some nice suggestion, maybe admin could do some promotion or giveaways for a start to increase traffic to the site and most importantly to attract players to hang out at the site more often.

Nope, this game has huge house edge because the probability to win this is much more easier than dice. And as i can see here, this game has only 9 possibility 3 win 3 draw and 3 lose. To win this game you should have around 30% chance, that is why OP makes huge house edge to make sure than they have better chance to win because you play on house not other players

When playing with other players (PvP), game cannot be provably fair because it's not played in real time. Thus I cannot generate hash for provably fairness before the game is played. For these reasons people do not want to prefer PvP mode. To solve this problem, I will give the game creator an option. During game creation, you can say that if you want to change your choice after the second player has played your game. After the 2nd player plays the game, you can change the choice you selected within 12 hours if this option is selected. Also, you will be able to see the choice of the player as hashed as in other games (minesweeper, coin flip). What do you think about this? Is there any other solution suggestion apart from being real-time

why woudnt it work in real time to give the game creator as soon a player puts his coins against him to change his first choice? is there a sound that the game creator will be informed when a challenger puts his coins against him?

and I fully agree that those games need to be 100% provably fair

maybe because the dice dominating bitcoin gaming industry due to their simplicity and being fast
anyway,think you should redisign yuour game to be a pvp game with a very low house edge,but again
the question of provably fair,how do I know my opponent is a real player and not a house bot that sees what my bet is?
