Are there only two ways to buy bitcoins with cash only?

1. Use a ATM in London. (I say London as I am in London).
2. Register with localbitcoins.com and find a seller who accepts cash and meet up?

I suppose you could also use Western Union for that matter and I'm not sure If that's something legal to do or not but you could also mail the money (probably not worldwide but locally).

I think if those buying at a ATM or meet in person are the way, I'm happy. I didnt know if I was missing any other obvious ways.

Well if you really want to exchange your cash into bitcoin try to find in exchange currency there are lot people who uses and preferred for meet ups like this and some of them are legit on localbitcoins. Make sure that you are not dealing with scammers.

I say go with the second option. Find a seller who accepts cash and meet up and buy from him. 2 conditions must be met here, 1 is that the seller to have a lot of successful transactions and 100% positive feedback and 2 choose a place where there are a lot of persons like a coffee in a big mall like Tesco you have in England.

Since you are asking this method I guess you don't care much about anonymity and there should be no worries if the seller has a really high reputation.

Hi there if you had based country bitcoin wallet your can deposit your money there for buying bitcoins like here in my country we don't need to go any of the website that people mentioned .If you do meet up then you should be careful scammers are everywhere also Exchange Currency thread can help you to find people who is in london too.
