Yes.
It's likely some bottom of the barrel MLM shit-coin with no classical community. Otherwise, we would have heard about it on Bitcointalk...
It's somehow related to MyCryptoWorld. They called me for some "business opportunity" but I didn't have time...

if you want review coin scam or not, in coin must ready in announcment thread bitcointalk, ready added in exchanger if long time launch, or finish ico selling and finish distribution, ready in coinmarketcap is good advantage

if nothing exchanger, nothing announcement thread in bitcointalk is bad coin

Honestly.... go in and get the White Paper . you need to check the source code. I've looked into it faster and more useful but I need to search better.

It's definitely a scam because I see the link you saved on your thread doesn't work and shows the number 404 error.
