Hi everyone, i am writing this post to talk about the recent bitcoin investment schemes ive been seeing. i will keep this short and sweet. I have invested in about 10 companies so far, putting the minimal amount in it just so that my scam risk is very low. Out of all the ten companies, 9 took my bitcoins and ran away. they did not respond to me emails or anything. i invested 0.8 bitcoins in https://www.bitcoinsx3.com and surprisingly i got my 300% return. I assumed that this was still a scam so i re-invested my bitcoins again and behold they came through and paid me back my bitcoins with profit, so i did some research into how they do this and i realized that they are a huge bitcoin mining company. I do not know all the details but i also found out that they are insured on a yearly contract with top insurance companies and banks around the world which is how they guarantee investments. Anyway if you are looking to make some legit money, visit their site. thanks for reading

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

All doublers and triplers are ponzi schemes.
The only reason you get your money back is because the owners want more investers. Usually, once their spend on a day exceeds the amount the get then they fold and stop doing business, keeping their coins.
You're likely to lose more money using these schemes.

I think that is a chance i am willing to take, if i invest 1 bitcoin and i get 3 bitcoins back, and i reinvest one bitcoin, i already have my investments back, so even if i lose the remaining bitcoins, it does not matter anymore because i have already made my profit

Unless you invest 1 bitcoin in a site and get nothing back.
Sometimes, if you invest first, you might get something back. But there's still sties that don't pay anything to start with.

Yeah... NO.
That isn't likely that he runs the scam.
As a newbie, does a bitcoin doubler not seem a great thing until you make a loss?
When I started here, there were people investing 70+ BTC into ponzi schemes who hadn't made losses. They weren't running that scam.

lol so you're saying his name is "bitcoinx3" for no reason? and you think that his html crap is something people actually fall for?
you're even dumber than him! You really think he invest 0.8BTC and got 2.4BTC back and is just posting about it here for no reason but to ask if it's legit?
or maybe you are the owner, and bitcoinsx3 is your alt, lol

even more proof this is the owner....
go to their deposit page: https://bitcoinsx3.com/invest-bitcoins-now/
The deposit address is 1AKx4N9VadkEuf5j8qZCRJBBjkzwM82c7N
Blockchain: https://blockchain.info/address/1AKx4N9VadkEuf5j8qZCRJBBjkzwM82c7N

I don't see a 0.8BTC transaction there....in fact, I don't see anyone depositing in this piece of junk (which is a good sign)

do your research, noob.

I don't really google people for that, I give them the information they require.
If your information is accurate, then he is a scammer and you should post your evidence against him in the scam accusations section.
I can affirm that I am nothing to do with any ponzi schemes that function here and didn't notice he was running that scheme as I just answer his questions, don't really reflect on if he's the scammer unless I recieve an accusation against him as I have not really anything to gain from knowing he's the owner as, if he is, this account is just a throwaway one anyway probably.

Although, on reflection, it doesn't seem a sane person would ever put in 0.8BTC into a ponzi if they wanted their money back.
An you'd never get 2.4BTC from one now.

~snip
so why were you defending him 2 posts ago? seriously, stop posting for your sig campaign, scumbag.
I was defending him as I don't have time to try to research everyone that is on this forum.

I'm merely here for my enjoyment of Bitcoin and to try to help people with technical issues and have regular discussions. I only posted on this thread to note to a new user the negatives of using these ponzi schemes.

EDIT: Also, just so you know, it does look quite strange that you broke forum rules when posting two updats on a thread in promotion of your service 10 minutes apart. And you also haven't made a new post here in the past two months... And then went on to delete those posts that you made when you got called out for it, who's the scammer now?

pretty sure supporting scammers is frowned upon...maybe i'll make a scam report about it and then you can kiss your sig campaign goodbye when a DT marks you for supporting scams.
