So i made a trx from my Electrum wallet to my own other wallet with a the transaction fee i normally use (in the middle).
I know this probably was not enough of a fee which i understand and would of taken a little longer if it was a busy period.

But 3 days now and still my electrum wallet it saying Unconfirmed. I'm aware it will take some time but this is concerning.

Is this just me not putting a higher fee in or is my electrum wallet somehow f*cked?.
i also tried to re send it but there isn't 'enough funds'.

https://blockchain.info/tx/69cb9daa39166ab2b0b5ab3ce5b7687d2ed3a8242d9032e7066ba81a8f2603ca

Any help would be appreciated.

I tried to speed up your transaction by submitting it in the website page linked below. That page is provided by the viabtc mining pool, which includes submitted transactions in the next block it mines.

https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

However that page will only accept 100 submitted transactions an hour, and it was over that limit when I tried to submit yours.

If you wait an hour then submit your transaction ID in that page your transaction might get accepted and speeded up.

According to blocktrail your transaction included a fee of 0.00050262 BTC/KB, so the viabtc transaction accelerator should accept it. The minimum fee transactions it accepts include a 0.0001 BTC/KB fee.

just to clarify... it is just the fee that isn't high enough, nothing to do with Electrum wallet?

Will update if anything changes

Thanks again,

It's just the fee that isn't high enough, nothing to do with Electrum.

The site linked below will tell you the best fee to pay. It checks how many unconfirmed transactions there are and works it out for you.

https://bitcoinfees.21.co/

This is what it recommends at present.

Quote
The fastest and cheapest transaction fee is currently 200 satoshis/byte, shown in green at the top.
For the median transaction size of 226 bytes, this results in a fee of 45,200 satoshis.

Please note that many wallets use satoshis-per-kilobyte or bitcoins-per-kilobyte, so you may need to convert units. See our instructions for more details.

In the electrum preferences you can decide what fees to pay.

If you check the Dynamic fees check box electrum guesses the best fee to pay, and you can adjust a slider depending on how fast you want your transaction confirmed.

If you don't check that check box you can decide what fee to pay yourself by checking the "set transaction fees manually" check box, and putting a fee per KB figure in the text box next to where it says "transaction fee per kb".

There are other things you can do in some situations. The electrum documentation explains them.

http://docs.electrum.org/en/latest/faq.html#my-transaction-has-been-unconfirmed-for-a-long-time-what-can-i-do

Quote
My transaction has been unconfirmed for a long time. What can I do?

Wait for a long time. Eventually, your transaction will either be confirmed or cancelled. This might take several days.

Increase the transaction fee. This is only possible for ‘replaceable’ transactions. To create this type of transaction, you must have enabled ‘Replace by Fee’ in your preferences, before sending the transaction.

Create a ‘child pays for parent’ transaction, with a generous fee. A CPFP is a new transaction, that compensates for the small fee of the parent transaction. It can be done by the recipient of the funds, or by the sender, if the transaction has a change output.

note

The preferences window shown is from an older version of electrum, newer versions have a different layout.

I just submitted your transaction to the viabtc transaction accelerator again, and it accepted it this time. Your transaction should be included in the next block viabtc mines, provided it doesn't make it into a block before viabtc gets one.

Yes, your transaction has been accepted by viabtc and will be included in the next block it mines. However, the last block it mined was over 14 hours ago, at 09:15 UTC time. Luck determines when the viabtc pool mines its next block, it might be very soon, or it could take another 12 hours.

If you are not going to use a wallet with good dynamic fees you should be using .0006 fee for all your transactions. Submit your txid to https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

The fee per byte is multiplied by the number of bytes in your transaction to calculate the total transaction fee. The first transaction below has a low fee because only one address (on the left) sent Bitcoins. Increasing numbers of addresses involved in a transaction increases its size (in bytes), which increases the total fee it requires.

https://blockchain.info/tx/da76a4b58309bb9e22552bc280b195234b7465bdd59ebcc9c3e697858a10bc60

The other transaction below has a higher fee because seven addresses (on the left) sent Bitcoins, which makes the size of the transaction (in bytes) bigger.

https://blockchain.info/tx/9db657b56906150afd577032d3e64a6e0bb76f39235a9109fd032f7a2db2528f

If your wallet has lots of addresses containing Bitcoins, and it sends them all to another address, that transaction will need a high fee. A transaction will also need a high fee if one address in your wallet has been sent Bitcoins in lots of separate transactions, then it sends them all to another address. The link below shows an example of such an address containing Bitcoins sent to it in lots of separate transactions.

The network is exceptionally busy today. There are presently over 50,000 unconfirmed transactions in the network, while 5,000 unconfirmed transactions is normal. Your transaction will confirm, but it will take longer than normal.

You can use viabtc if you want to pay only for 1k satoshi per kb..
But its not easy to have success transaction sending n via btc.. but if you can wait every hour before you sent wait for few hours your transaction can be confirm sooner..  this is base in my experience when  i have slow transaction..

Solving blocks can't be solved without my rigs.

Current recommended fees are:
The fastest and cheapest transaction fee is currently 450 satoshis/byte, shown in green at the top
and
The current best transaction fees 330 Satoshis/byte | 0.0033 BTC/KB

You are currently competing with about 160,000+ other unconfirmed transactions

It isn't Electrum charging you these fees, it is Electrum suggesting what you will need to pay if you want your transaction confirmed in a reasonable amount of time... if you choose to send with a lower fee, expect to have a long wait.

Also, trying to tell us the "absolute" fees (especially in fiat) is meaningless... Miners look at fees based on satoshis/byte...

To illustrate, your fee could be 0.1 btc, but if your transaction was 75,000 bytes, that would translate as only 133 satoshis/byte... I could probably get a 226 byte transaction with a 0.00090400 btc fee confirmed faster... as that would be 400 sats/byte.
